Employee Relations and Supervision:
• Model appropriate behavior
• Hire front line staff
• Build a team approach to working with youth in the milieu and across shifts
• Address staff and youth concerns efficiently and effectively
• Train all new staff, provide ongoing training for all staff
• Address discipline issues as they arise
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Program Service Delivery:
• Ensure core principles are being utilized in working with youth
• Responsible for decision-making on all new intakes, whether to accept, deny, or call a team meeting
• Participate in client-centered team meetings
• Track data and develop reports for the Director and Executive Director
