Safe Home Supervisor

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under direct supervision of the Housing Continuum Director/LSA Director the Safe Home Supervisor will collectively run the daily operations of the Safe Home and supervise the Youth Care Advocates and work with outside agencies.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensure emotional and physical safety of clients and Safe Home Staff, supervising Youth Care Advocates, scheduling daily staff operations and transportation of clients to various activities, making sure Life Skills Academy requirements are completely fulfilled on a daily basis, and any other duties as assigned.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master's Degree 1-2 years of experience, or Bachelors Degree and 1-2 years experience, or Associates Degree and 3-5 years experience, or High School and 5-8 years experience or a minimum of 4 years working with at-risk adolescents.
