Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are a Christian outdoor adventure camp and conference center located in the scenic mountains of Northern New Mexico, seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the management of our various retail operations.
Responsibilities include building schedules, vendor relationships, managing inventory, upholding food safety standards, providing staff training and development, developing new retail concepts, and more. Retail operations include food and beverage as well as merchandise offerings.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

We serve guests year-round, with a peak summer season and a slower retreat season. In peak season (May through August), this position will oversee a team of around 10 summer staff. We are seeking an experienced manager with a heart for ministry who is ready to take on a leadership position.
