Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Public Lands Interpretive Association (PLIA) seeks a strategic and energetic Retail Manager to oversee retail operations at 12 store locations in Arizona and New Mexico. Stores are located in visitor centers and district offices in Bureau of Land Management and Forest Service buildings. This position will supervise store managers as well as lead retail operations for the sale of educational products and publications on public lands.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Three years of retail experience with a supervisory role; proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; demonstrated experience with point of sales systems and data analysis software; professional verbal and written communication skills; Bachelor’s degree required.
