Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Develop and maintain positive ongoing relationships with volunteers, donors, community service organizations, suppliers, and staff.
 Maintain and build partnerships with suppliers and community organizations
 Generate sufficient income to fully support daily operations
 Assist in the development of an advertising & promotion plan
 Direct and supervise activities of the ReStore staff

Other Information/Requirements: 

3 -5 years progressively responsible retail managerial experience, in construction and/or building materials, basic computer skills, basic cash management & accounting skills, effective communication and writing skills, organized, yet flexible, able to supervise staff and volunteers with a wide range of skills and abilities, able to adapt to constantly changing environment, possess strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
