Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Samaritan Counseling Center is seeking candidates for a part-time Resource Development (RD) Director position. The job involves leadership for the Center’s comprehensive fundraising efforts including but not limited to the annual campaign, donor cultivation, management and stewardship, and grant writing.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

In addition, the RD Director will oversee resource development support staff that manages two fund-raising events and marketing.
The Samaritan Counseling Center is a faith-based provider of professional mental health counseling to children, adults, and families in the greater Albuquerque area since 1987.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The Resource Development Director is part of a congenial staff team of 36 staff, including 23 clinical staff members and our volunteer Board of Directors. The Center has a $2.3 M+ annual budget. The position is open immediately.
