Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the Director of Development and Executive Director; update and maintain SHC’s fundraising database; assist with the planning and execution of fundraising events; assist with managing SHC volunteers for fundraising and other events; and assist with grant writing efforts
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Create and manage social media content on multiple platforms; develop and implement social media goals and plans, analyze the efficacy of our social media presence, and prepare reports; assist with creation, printing, and distribution of bi-monthly newsletter and digital e-mail communications; provide front desk coverage as needed; answer phone and respond to messages; and transfer calls/messages to appropriate staff.
