Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position provides direct and non-direct services to shelter residents. Services include but are not limited to case management, community and social advocacy, education and support, crisis intervention, and transportation. This position answers incoming crisis calls and provides callers with information about domestic violence, and other community support services.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Monitors the safety and security of the residents; processes new intakes efficiently and communicates all related intake processes/policies to incoming residents; develops and implements individualized service assessments and plans with residents; develops safety plans with residents; provides information and support to residents and program participants regarding accessing community and agency resources required to achieve individualized goals.
