Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide trauma-informed case management and advocacy services to shelter residents who are survivors of relationship violence, stalking, sexual assault and human trafficking. Duties include: monitor safety of the shelter property; answer crisis calls; assess and triage crises situations and needs of clients, perform client intakes, assessments, safety planning.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services, crisis management or related field or equivalent work or volunteer experience and training preferred.
• Minimum of four years’ experience, training in related field.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English, Tewa/English, ASL/English) preferred.
• Pass CYFD background check fingerprinting.
• Various shifts - Holidays evenings weekends.
• Possess valid NM Driver’s License.
