Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee the congregate living facilities, ensuring staff coverage 24 hours/day, 365 days/year. Coordinate and work with staff to ensure clients receive professional care, emotional support, crisis intervention, and skills development as needed. Ensure compliance with standards set by Department of Health (DOH) and Housing & Urban Development (HUD). The Residential Services Manager is responsible for providing administrative oversight of all staff working in the congregate living facilities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Oversee hiring and provide administrative supervision of congregate living facilities staff (approve leave requests, time-sheets, complete staff evaluations and pursue corrective actions when needed, etc.).
2. Ensure new employees are scheduled for training on TLS policies, medication assistance, code issues, food safety, nutrition, licensing requirements, and groceries.
