Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Residential Advocates support and guide all youth living in the home. This position will create an environment that is safe, supports young people in increasing protective factors, and provides opportunities to develop skills for their future goals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Carries out responsibilities in accordance with Casa Q's, Policies and Procedures and CYFD licensing standards.
Transports clients to various appointments, school and activities. Provides behavior interventions, assisting youth with conflict resolution and implements safety and behavior plans. Plans and leads activities with youth in the community. Provides life skills training and assists all youth with educational advancement.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree or currently in pursuit, of in Social Work or Counseling, or other closely related fields. Experience working with LGBTQ youth and at-risk youth or homeless youth or other related populations. Valid Driver's License, personal auto insurance, insurable under Casa Q automobile policy to allow transport of clients. Must be at least 21 year of age.The position is subject to a criminal background check (post-offer).Compensation: $10-$12. Current need : Friday and Saturday 10pm-830am.
