Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Residential Advocate, Casa Q (uptown ABQ)
Compensation: $11-12hr
Reports to: Executive Director
Work Schedule: Part time or on call
Monday-Friday: 6:00pm-11:30pm and 11:00pm-8am
Saturday and Sunday :8am-8pm and 7:30pm-8am

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Summary of Position:
Residential Advocates support and guide all youth living in the home. This position will create an environment that is safe, supports young people in increasing protective factors, and provides opportunities to develop skills for their future goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with Casa Q's Policies and Procedures and CYFD licensing standards.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or currently in pursuit of, in Social Work or Counseling, or other closely related fields.
Experience working with LGBTQ youth and at-risk youth or homeless youth or other related populations.
Must be at least 21 year of age.
The position is subject to a criminal background check (post-offer).
