Resident Services Coordinator (RSC)

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

he primary function of the RSC is to effectively assist residents that have requested support in enhancing the quality of their daily lives and to participate in the educational and economic mainstream. The position provides residents with information about and supportive access to local services and resources that may assist the residents in achieving their life opportunities objectives.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The RSC coordinates schedules, community/service space, volunteers, and personnel for third-party services providers, organizes recreational and community building activities, educational activities (i.e. computer classes), and support groups. Associates Degree in the field appropriate to area of assignment required.  Must have up to 3 years of experience with community organizing and the social services system; ability to multi-task,

Other Information/Requirements: 

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; computer and technology proficient; Microsoft Office software; demonstrated experience in successfully working with diverse populations; detailed; administrative accountability and have a valid NM driver’s license with reliable personal transportation. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision; Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
