Main Areas of Responsibility: 

S.A.F.E. House is a residential shelter for survivors of intimate partner domestic violence and their children.

The Resident Advocate is the survivors' first point of contact, and provides daily support services to residents and their children. This position requires a combination of crisis intervention, conflict resolution, customer service, housekeeping, and administrative functions.

Calm, competent, and dedicated professionals are encouraged to apply.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must pass Criminal Background check and Drug Screening. (Medical marijuana not exempt.) Minimum high school diploma and one year experience in customer service and / or social services required.

The R.A. position starts at approximately $24,000.00 /year (non-exempt). S.A.F.E. House offers immediate PTO accrual, and medical, dental, vision, life, and 401K coverage after 90 days.
