Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The successful candidate is a highly qualified administrative professional able to meet resource and community development objectives through strategic data research, analysis and reporting, manage team administrative functions, document and track projects, and provide administrative support for the Chief Communications Officer and Director of Donor Impact.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The position requires a positive mental attitude, flexibility, independence, and critical thinking skills. S/he will be able to provide excellent project and time management skills, an ability to maintain meticulous computer records, ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time and accurately, work in various team settings, an understanding of internal and external customers, and have excellent written and verbal communication.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Degree, certificate and/or experience in business, statistics or communication preferred. Formal Excel or other data training proving advanced skill level including pivot tables/ formulas/ macros; proven skills/experience in Internet and database research; PC proficiency with various MS Office software applications; and strong understanding of database fundamentals. Formal training or experience with MS Access, SQL, MS Reporting Services, and Crystal Reports an advantage (novice level acceptable).
