Render Training Coordinator

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

 Develop and implement training strategy on oral Bible translation and Render software
 Develop, prioritize, and increase training opportunities by training and building a team of trainers
 Lead training sessions for partner organizations
 Provide ongoing training for projects
 Create and maintain documentation of Render training processes and materials

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

 Participate in Render software testing as needed
 Communicate with appropriate parties, within and outside of FCBH, as necessary to carry out duties
 Assist in training new employees
 Attend meetings with visiting partners
 Provide hospitality to guests, including tours and local transportation, as needed
 Participate in relevant ongoing professional development

Other Information/Requirements: 

 Two years of Bible translation training or experience
 Two years of orality/Bible storying training
 Bachelor’s degree in pertinent field or equivalent experience
 Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
 Experience and in training others
 PC proficiency in MS applications
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Good organizational and administrative skills
 Demonstrated good judgment and analytical abilities
 Ability to travel up to 2-3 weeks at a time
