Render Project Coordinator (Supported Position)

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supported position available for a Render Project Coordinator to assist Faith Comes By Hearing’s Language Recording Department in a special project to implement the use of oral Bible translation software called Render. Duties include: coordinate all aspects of Render projects with Bible translation partners, making sure that projects are properly identified, set up, and implemented; provide support to partners from initial contact to successful distribution of audio files.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

**A supported position is one that requires the staff member to raise their own financial support and be an employee with another ministry who is then seconded to FCBH**

1. Coordinate Render projects at all stages.
2. Assist others to identify, prioritize, schedule, and execute Render projects.
3. Coordinate all needs for setup of Render projects.
4. Work with others in obtaining permissions for using recordings.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Missions-minded with a heart for reaching all people with the Word of God
• 1-3 years of project management/coordination experience
• 1-3 years of ministry experience in the field
• Bachelor’s degree in pertinent field or relevant equivalent life experience (e.g. linguistics, international studies, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills as demonstrated through ministry or related experience

How to Apply: 

Flexible work schedule and work location. May be based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, within the U.S., or in-country as part of a shared assignment with local entity. Requires 2-3 trips annually to Albuquerque for training and ongoing training and updates.
