Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Faith Comes By Hearing is looking for a Render Product Specialist to support the ministry for God.
The Render Product Specialist position is full-time and will assist the Language Recording Department in creating and implementing the use of Render, an oral Bible translation software; assist the Director of Oral Bible Strategies in various aspects of Render projects, including project setup, coordination of action items for and liaising with the development team.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

 Understand core values guiding development of Render software, including needs of target user
 Ensure high quality of software through rigorous testing with an emphasis on partner and user satisfaction
 Test Render software regularly for bugs, consistency issues, etc.
 Assist Director of Oral Bible Strategies in creating and maintaining content for Render resources, including, but not limited to, websites, presentations, and other resources

Other Information/Requirements: 

 Required:
 Competent with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook
 Preferred:
 Familiarity with linguistics and Bible translation
 Familiarity with orality
 Fluency in English and at least one additional language
 Experience with software testing
Preferred Education and Experience:
 Degree in a related field of study from a college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
