Main Areas of Responsibility:

Faith Comes By Hearing has a full-time position available for a Render Operations Coordinator to coordinate the daily operations of the team responsible for the implementation of the Render software, which is an oral Bible translation software.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversee the team responsible for the implementation of the Render software; lead meetings.
Form and revise operational policy and procedures through discussions with Render team members
Lead all stakeholders and parties toward the successful conceptualization and implementation of Render
Oversee and monitor scheduling, productivity, and financial aspects for Render projects
Lead the team in collecting and analyzing data/feedback in order to improve the operation of Render

Other Information/Requirements: 

Required:
Five or more years operations experience
Demonstrated track record of collaboration, relationship, and partner building
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Ability to learn technical skills, appropriate technologies, and software
Preferred:
Degree in related field
Familiarity with Bible translation and orality
Fluency in English and at least one additional language
