Relief Supervisor

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervises and coordinates all activities related to the provision of Program Services at 509/525 buildings during the evening, overnight, or weekend shifts. This includes overseeing guests, Program Participants, policy and procedure enactment, and supervisory responsibility for volunteers, safety, troubleshooting situations, and communicating with residents / guests / general public / emergency resources.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Escorts overnight guests to and from Chapel services. Monitors Chapel Services and assists volunteer Chapel ministers as needed; Assures that all assignments are being consistently completed in a quality manner on desk operation and in clothing room, laundry, housekeeping, grounds-keeping, dorm, or other areas deemed pertinent to all services provided.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Graduation from an accredited high school or General Education Development (GED); Proven skills in supervision, human relations, problem solving and minor clerical; Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other agencies, and the public.
