Main Areas of Responsibility:
SHC-NM is looking for a Regional Property Manager. Responsible for managing 10 employees and supervising the daily operations of 6 apartment complexes. RPM interprets and implements the directives of senior management. Ability to develop and manage to specific financial and operational goals is critical to position success.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Interpreting HUD, MFA and other governmental agency regulations, disseminating that information and incorporating it into daily operations.
