Regional Property Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Supportive Housing Coalition of New Mexico is looking for a Regional Property Manager. Responsible for managing 9 employees and supervising the daily operations of 6 apartment properties. The RPM interprets and implements the directives of senior management. Ability to develop and manage to specific financial and operational goals is critical to position success.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Experience with Federally funded programs preferred. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills a must. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel also required.
