Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and management of a team consisting of multiple HELP NM Child Development centers and employees. Works directly with the Center Managers or Lead Teachers to build capacity and ensure all performance standards and other related regulations are met.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Serves as a generalist and has knowledge in all content areas of the program. Some areas include education, mental health, disabilities, health, nutrition, parent engagement, family services and more.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and willing to pursue Bachelor’s Degree;
• Minimum of one year of experience in early childhood or a related field;
• Must have supervisory experience and effective interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel;
• Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish); and
• Valid New Mexico’s Driver’s License.
