Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for managing and supervising programs, budgets and personnel in the Central, Northwestern and Southeastern New Mexico regions. Assures program initiatives are well managed and in compliance with the grants and contracts administered in the region. Research and review at least three new initiatives within first six months of employment. Be successful in implementing one initiative during the first year of employment.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Develops and organizes training manuals, visual aids, training materials and other educational material.
Attends meetings and seminars to obtain information useful to train staff and inform management of training programs and goals.
Establishes and coordinates working relationships and linkages with other agencies and employers.
