Main Areas of Responsibility:
Plans, conducts, and evaluates activities, expenditures, and programs for NM MESA participants (enrolled middle, junior, and high school students) within assigned region (schools in Albuquerque, Belen, Socorro, and Santa Fe area). Keeps official records and executes administrative policies.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
School site visits, planning and implementing workshops and academic competitions, and database management of schools. Skill in data analysis and computer programs for report preparations and other management information needs. Leadership skills in directing positive group dynamics. Occasional evening and weekend work; frequent travel in Albuquerque area and central NM; occasional statewide travel.
