Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position provides receptionist and secretarial assistance to the One-Stop Operations office. Generally, the position performs clerical duties including, but not limited to, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

Other Information/Requirements: 

You must have an Associate’s Degree from an accredited two-year college or university plus one years progressive experience in office administration. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling three (3) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
