Main Areas of Responsibility:
Serve as the main receptionist for all visitors and guests entering into GAHH offices, and notifying staff of visitors. Answer all in-coming phone calls, redirect calls, and provide additional information as needed. Receive and log mortgage payments as well as monetary donations.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manage GAHH Lunch Box Builder program by reaching out to companies in the community and request donations for lunches at the construction site. Provide administrative support, including data entry, preparing/designing flyers and other collateral materials.
