Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Receptionist is primarily responsible for answering the program phone, conducting new student intakes and orientations, and maintaining our filing systems.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Receptionist is the first point of contact for our program. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with prospective students and program partners. The receptionist will also be tasked with conducting outbound followup calls to collect information from left students.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position is part-time (30 hours per week) at a rate of $10 per hour. All applicants must have a high school diploma or high school equivalency credential. Excellent customer service and experience working with diverse populations is also required. Prior experience with Microsoft Office, Google Tools, and filing systems is preferred.
