Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to screening potential program participants, supporting participants in locating an apartment, negotiating leases according to grant guidelines and agency procedure, creating and maintaining an Exit Plan that is focused on housing stability, monitoring participant progress through home visits and telephone contact.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Further responsibilities include providing information and referrals, documenting contact, maintaining records, etc. Successful candidates will be able to relate to women and children experiencing homelessness, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have knowledge of community resources.
