Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Animal Shelter experience preferred. Will train a super organized person who can multitask and deal with numerous departments. Someone who is familiar with a veterinary operation would be given preference.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Manage a staff of approximately 22 staff members. Full and Part time. Looking for someone who is wanting a career. High paced operation with things changing all the time. Would report to Executive Director and CEO.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have computer experience, be good with people and most importantly love animals. Also, have a sense of ownership and the ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, managers and donors. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
