Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer and/or Associate Medical Director, Quality Management, the Quality Manager is responsible to La Familia Medical Center (LFMC) for implementation and maintenance of a quality management plan to ensure compliance with external regulatory and accreditation requirements and to maintain and improve the high quality of all clinical operations, including medical, dental and health promotion and education services.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Works with Medical Director and/or Associate Medical Director for Quality Management to develop, implement and monitor Quality Management Plan. Manages all documents related to annual quality management plan and quality plan policies and procedures. Provides mentorship and support for any clinical staff wishing to implement a quality improvement project.
