Quality Coordinator/Data Analyst

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Quality Coordinator will be in charge of quarterly CQI report data collection, data summary, agency data reporting to outside entities, client outcomes data reporting, development and maintenance of agency policies, procedures and training materials and other quality duties as needed.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

As Data Analyst this person will become an expert at Anasazi reporting/processes and be in charge of agency quarterly data reporting.

General Duties:
Anasazi; Agency Policies, Procedures & Training Materials; Clinical Data Entry & Reporting; Community Education Reporting; and CQI.

Must have extensive Excel & Word skills; be self-driven, independent, a multi-tasker, and have strong analytical skills.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA & 2+yrs experience OR MA & 1+ yrs experience with the target population is required. (Degree in a computer, business, accounting or project management field from an accredited university).

Must pass a federal background check, have a valid DL, and current vehicle insurance.
