Main Areas of Responsibility:
Carrying half a caseload (12-15), coordinate, and provide home visits to consumers. Maintain and monitor services and ensuring compliance with DD Waiver regulations; while providing management, oversight and implementaion of LVF Quality Assurance processes and procedures.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Dive long distances,knowledge and compliance with policies and procedures of funding sources. Supervise assigned staff, responsible for leadership and management of the Quality Assurance team, provide advocacy for consumers on an as-needed, individual basis.
