Quality and Compliance Specialist

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Work with Quality and Compliance Manager in the areas of quality improvement, compliance, risk management and data integrity. Will work on a variety of projects including gathering and analyzing data, preparing spreadsheets, and tracking quality indicators. Will be responsible for incident reporting documentation, policies and procedures. Assist with Meaningful Use reporting and technical assistance.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requires AA in Business or Health Administration or equivalent experience and 2 years' experience in quality, risk management and/or compliance in a health care setting. Experience with an electronic health record system and meaningful use preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Access and spreadsheets. Must have demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
