Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Allies serve in full-time apprenticeship positions at local nonprofit organizations where allies create, improve and expand services that address issues including youth development, education, public health, economic development, and the environment.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

In addition you will attend regular skill-building and leadership development sessions with your cohort of Allies. You will use your new leadership skills to help strengthen your organization as well as connect to the leaders and organizations in your community to help address real issues.

Other Information/Requirements: 

To participate in the Public Allies New Mexico (PANM), individuals must have at least a high school diploma or GED, be a U.S. citizen or have permanent residency, and be at least 17 years of age. Although our application is open to all who are interested, we are especially looking for individuals 17-24 years old who are interested in gaining the skills necessary to reconnect to their education and increase their employability.
