PT-Victim Advocate (Weekend Overnight)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the supervision of the Director of Crisis Services, the Victim Advocate is responsible for providing crisis intervention and advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and their loved ones during the weekend overnight shift 12am-8am. (16 hours per weekend)

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Other duties include maintaining accurate files and records of each service provided in accordance with agency standards.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• A minimum of one year direct service experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to adhere to strict standards of confidentiality
• Must obtain Criminal Records Background clearance
• Access to own vehicle and telephone
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
