Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide assistance and support to residents of apartment community in order to assist residents in maintaining permanent housing, enhance their quality of life and assist them to more fully participate in the greater community. Case Management will also be required in some instances for clients without case management and/or on an emergency basis. Assist with facilitating tenant meeting and community social activities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Provide case management and crisis intervention as needed. Assist the existing Service Care Coordinator in record keeping regarding program services as required by HUD regulation and those of other funding source. Work in partnership with existing coordinator to affect positive outcomes.
