PT Rep-Payee Program Specialist

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist the Rep-Payee Program Manager in monitoring the collective accounts held by The Arc on behalf of Social Security beneficiaries (Arc clients), including Discretionary Authority; conform to all regulations, policies and compliance functions required by law.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include intake for program in conjunction with SSI; establishing client guidelines/payment plans; wage reports to SSI; other reports as needed; filing; records management; maintaining/updating database.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Part-time: 20-29 hrs/wk, $14/hr

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum 1 year financial and/or administrative experience required. Attention to detail; ability to review data and/or documents for accuracy and consistency; take action to prevent mistakes; follow procedures closely; keep records accurate and up to date (vital). Strong office skills, including customer service (in-person/phone) and computer (Excel) is a plus.
