Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity is looking for a Donor Development Specialist. This dynamic individual will focus on the Events and Small Donor Gift Program. This position is Part-time, 20-25 hours per week and requires excellent organizational and collaborative skills. ADA/EOE $15-17/hr, DOE

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Donor Development Specialist is responsible for the acquisition, retention, and upgrade of donors giving under $1,000 annually. This position reports directly to the Director of Resource Development. This is an entry to intermediate-level position. Due to the Covid crisis, there will be a hybrid work schedule (home/office).

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, minimum of 1 years’ experience in charitable fund-raising or equivalent; strong computer skills including PowerPoint, word processing, Excel and past experience with Sales Force or other CRM’s; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for local travel; and some evening and weekends.
