Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide psychiatric nursing for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. ACT is a unique model which is likened to a Hospital Without Walls. ACT provides wrap around services for severely mentally ill clients in the community. The team staffs all clients and then provides their unique discipline of service to clients in their homes.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Basic psychiatric RN duties, weekly schedule 8am-4pm M-F, rotating weekends/holidays and on-call.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Psychiatric RN
• At least 2 years working with SDMI population
• Ability to pass drug and background screen
• Current NM drivers' license with good driving record
