Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Property Manager is responsible to the Executive Director for the maintenance, upkeep, management, and cleanliness of the grounds and facilities at Boulder Crest Retreat Arizona.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Property Manager is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear. The position is active in nature and fast-paced, requiring the candidate to be mobile for much of the workday. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable otherwise qualified individuals.
The Property Manager must be able to travel to run regular errands in and around Sonita, Arizona (within 100 miles).

Other Information/Requirements: 

At minimum, the Caretaker will hold a high school diploma or GED, and have 5+ years proven experience of property management. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem solver, with extensive knowledge of standard maintenance procedures, including but not limited to, electric, plumbing, minor building, and automotive repairs. The Property Manager is required to live on site, in provided housing.
