Main Areas of Responsibility:
To show and lease apartments to maintain occupancy at a minimum of 95% for all properties that are owned and management by Supportive Housing Coalition of New Mexico. Oversee and adhere to the annual budget. Prepare renewal paperwork. Work with co-workers, and residents to insure smooth operation of the property.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
General knowledge all aspects of property management and paperwork; strong level of customer service abd attention to detail; Ability to handle a high volume of work and to meet goals and expectations; Knowledge of community resources to those related to homelessness, mental illness and affordable housing.
