Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

PURPOSE: To maintain and improve CNPE’s nonprofit online resources to build the capacity of central New Mexico nonprofits, through our website, online Directories, eblast communications and database management; and to provide excellent customer service while being organized and efficient.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead staff on reviewing, troubleshooting, and resolving website and database issues. Creates reports. Lead staff for New Mexico Nonprofit Directory. Manages communications with partners around outreach to build the Nonprofit Directory. Ensures necessary staff are trained. Lead staff for Grantmakers Directory: project planning and communication with partners. Trains community members on how to use the tool. Communications: Responsible for writing and sending email communications (eblasts).

Other Information/Requirements: 

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree;

An understanding and interest in nonprofits and national trends in the nonprofit sector;

Excellent organizational skills and project management experience;

Experience with CMS and CRM systems preferred;

Clear and effective speaking and writing skills;

Proficient in Microsoft Office, understanding of databases, mail merges, and technology based communications;

Ability to work independently and with a team.
