Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Project Manager STEM-NM Focus takes lead role in the coordination and development of the STEM-NM Ecosystem. STEM-NM is working to increase equity in and access to STEM experiences for students. Areas of work include re-establishing and maintaining Explora’s role as the STEM-NM Ecosystem leader; facilitating cross-sector partnerships and collaborations; defining connections between education and the STEM-Health economy; and ensuring successful implementation of current initiatives.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading other projects at Explora, from planning through implementation. This includes managing internal labor, budget, and schedule, managing client relations, and coordinating with subcontractors. The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact for the project by participating in regular meetings with staff, external partners, and contractors, communicating changes to schedule, budget, or project plan to Explora staff, and developing project progress reports.
