Project Manager; Homeless Assistance

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Project Manager will oversee the process of evaluating and assisting about 30 supportive housing projects located throughout New Mexico except the City of Albuquerque. All aspects of the process have the goal of improving and expanding our system for ending homelessness in New Mexico.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsibilities include: coordinating the regular meetings of the CoC Board and subcommittees, developing performance measures for evaluating CoC projects, evaluating projects, monitoring the CoC grantees and providing technical assistance to help them improve their programs, promoting the Continuum of Care grants to new agencies, and helping to write the annual Continuum of Care application to the federal government.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications:
• College degree associates or higher (bachelors or higher preferred)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Two years experience in human services or related field
• Drivers license and ability to travel within New Mexico including some overnight travel.

Salary range is $35,000 to $40,000 plus health insurance, retirement plan and paid vacation.
