Main Areas of Responsibility:
Lead enterprise-wide volunteer program (Community Crew), develop community engagement opportunities for employees, serve as communication liaison with company’s communication and marketing departments and manage the community relations social media strategy. Coordinate PNM Resources Foundation grants to nonprofits and schools throughout service area.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Demonstrated experience working with the non-profit community, preferably in Albuquerque, NM. Also must be willing and interested in working with a diverse set of employees to engage them in community outreach initiatives.
