Project Manager, Employee and Foundation Community Outreach

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead enterprise-wide volunteer program (Community Crew), develop community engagement opportunities for employees, serve as communication liaison with company’s communication and marketing departments and manage the community relations social media strategy. Coordinate PNM Resources Foundation grants to nonprofits and schools throughout service area.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Demonstrated experience working with the non-profit community, preferably in Albuquerque, NM. Also must be willing and interested in working with a diverse set of employees to engage them in community outreach initiatives.

Other Information/Requirements: 

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with five to seven years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a current, legally valid driver's license and meet the company's driving record requirements.
