Main Areas of Responsibility:
Help educators gain education and compensation in order to improve the quality of ECE and attain great outcomes for children in NM. Promote org’s mission through professional development and advocacy by managing the operations and implementation of T.E.A.C.H. Scholarship and INCENTIVE$ Pay Supplements Projects. Project Director provides leadership; supervises NM project Counselors; maintains project data and quality control, and provides reports as required by funders and licensers.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Develop, manage and monitor program budgets
• Recruit, hire, evaluate, manage, mentor and provide oversight to the programs’ Counselors
• Maintain program quality
• Data work (gathering, reviewing, aggregating and analyzing data)
• Respond to all funder/legislator/partner requests
• Represent organization in county, state and national meetings as needed
• Develop or change policies for projects as needed
• Maintain a T.E.A.C.H. & INCENTIVE$ Advisory Committee
• Fundraise for both projects
