Main Areas of Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operations of New Mexico’s T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® Scholarship Program and New Mexico’s INCENTIVE$ Pay Supplements Program projects by providing direct leadership, supervising program employees, maintaining project data and quality control, developing and managing program budgets and providing reports as required, soliciting additional funding for both programs.

- Treat client information confidentially
- Develop and monitor program budgets
- Recruit, evaluate, mentor, and work with T.E.A.C.H. and INCENTIVE$ staff
- Gather, review, and analyze data
- Verify program quality and accuracy
- Prepare and submit reports
- Work with T.E.A.C.H. and INCENTIVE$ Project Managers to deliver services
- Adhere to the requirements of T.E.A.C.H. and INCENTIVE$ licenses
- Refine or modify program policies
- Maintain T.E.A.C.H. and INCENTIVE$ Advisory Committee
