Project Coordinator: Male Engagement

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

NMAFC is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for Male Engagement who will be
responsible for establishing and managing relationships between NMAFC and the
communities we serve specifically around sensitive issues such as sexual assault
and domestic violence. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for
implementing NMAFC’s male engagement initiatives.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

-Represent NMAFC to the public, key stakeholders and business partners
when necessary and as part of project deliverables.
-Collaborate with community members and groups to strengthen and expand
NMAFC’s programs.
-Responsible for outreach and advocacy for sexual assault issues within the Asian
community and dissemination of information.
-Provides case management to clients as needed.
-Conduct and report on assigned project deliverables.
-Other duties as requested by the Executive Director.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum Quantifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field + one to two years of
directly-related experience, preferably working in a nonprofit capacity. An equivalent
combination of education and/or experience may be substituted, as long as it relates to the
essential duties and responsibilities.
