Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provides auxiliary support to administration; works interdepartmentally, helps with overall development, and client relations. Works with the executive director and finance manager to provide exceptional service to community members who have contact with organization. Manages confidentiality of clinical and staff information, documentation systems and reports. Other duties as assigned.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have computer literacy, particularly with MS Office, Access, Excel or other similar data base collection systems. The employee must have great customer service skills in person and over the phone plus the ability to interact successfully with people of diverse backgrounds. In addition the employee must have the ability to take crisis calls on a rotational basis.
